From many visits in Western Canada throughout the years, Al Hache, CEO and developer of this product, noticed the many challenges that companies were facing: extreme cold temperature, employee retention (mechanics), environmental issues (spills), cross contamination between sites and many more. ”I was out there freezing while doing mechanic work and welding…I know what the challenges are” says Haché.

From there came the concept of providing a mobile environmentally friendly building that would provide a temperature controlled work environment .
